Financial Policy

Payment is expected at time of service. In treatment involving multiple appointments, payments may be divided equally amongst your visits with the balance payable on or before your last date of treatment. If you have qualifying insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan.

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
  • Care Credit Medical/Dental Card - Care Credit offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free payment plans, as well as extended financing up to 60 months. You can apply in our office or apply online.
