Meet Dr. Kristina Villafria

Compassionate Dentist in Tampa, FL

Hello! My name is Dr. Kristina Villafria and I’m excited to be a part of the Tampa Dental Family.

I’m originally from a small town in Illinois where I spent the majority of my childhood.  Later, I moved to Mobile, Alabama and then I completed my undergraduate education at The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) with a major in General Health Studies. Afterwards, I worked as a microbiology research assistant at the University of South Alabama and received a bachelors in Biology. Lastly, I received my dental degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida.

I’m actively involved with several dental organizations including: The American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry. I’m also connected with local dental affiliations in the Hillsborough and Pinellas County area.

I’m very passionate about helping my patients improve their oral hygiene and always have your best interest in mind. I find interest in continued education combined with new dental advancements and technology.

As your dentist, I promise to be available to assist your needs by providing a wide range of dental services. My goal is to provide quality dental services along with exceptional patient care. I believe the importance of offering comfortable, caring, and comprehensive care to all my patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family. I also love traveling, running/working out, eating good food, and playing with my dog, “Dog-tor” Teddy.
