In-Office Membership Plan
Dental Savings Plan in Tampa, FL
Tampa Dental is pleased to offer an in-office dental benefit for our patients who do not currently have dental coverage. This plan allows our patients to receive optimal dental care while maintaining their oral health.
Traditional routine dental visits cost, on average, over $600 a year. This plan provides a discount on these services as well as a 10% discount on restorative procedures.

Membership Benefits
- Annual Membership: Plan benefits begin the first day of membership and are valid for one calendar year.
- Exams and X-rays: 3 exams and unlimited X-rays are included.
- Teeth Cleanings: Two routine cleanings or two Periodontal Maintenance cleanings.
- Restorative Discount: 10% discount on all restorative procedures.
- Up-Front Treatment Plans: We will provide a treatment proposal with all fees clearly listed.

Membership Fees
- $450 Individual annual membership
- $800 Dual annual membership
- $300 Child annual membership (up to 14 with adult membership)
The plan begins the day you register and is valid for one calendar year.
The following services are included in the annual fee:
- 3 exams (D0120 or D0140)
- unlimited X-rays
- 2 cleanings (D1110, D4346, or D4910)
- Fluoride varnish
Additional cleanings, deep cleanings, and restorative procedures are discounted 10%.
The following services are excluded from the discounted rate:
- Invisalign
- Zoom
- Botox
- Veneers
- Oral Hygiene Products
- Whitening Products
- Cosmetic Services
